1. What is included in a private tour?

Your private tour includes pickup and drop-off at your hotel, Airbnb, cruise terminal, Marseille Airport, or any location of your choice. All tolls, point-to-point transfers, parking fees, and passenger insurance are covered. Onboard amenities include bottled water, Wi-Fi, phone chargers, and a small surprise at the end of your tour. Gratuities, paid museum entries, and private winery visits are not included.

Our private tours start at a minimum of 4 hours, including pickup and return. A full-day tour generally lasts 7 to 8 hours. Longer custom durations are available upon request.

Yes. We pick you up at the time and address of your choice — hotel, Airbnb, airport, cruise port, office, or private residence.

We offer private tours for solo travelers, couples, families, and larger groups. Our sedans comfortably seat 3–4 guests, while our Mercedes vans accommodate 7–8 passengers.

Yes. We do not offer shared tours. Your driver and vehicle are exclusively dedicated to you. If you leave personal belongings in the vehicle during stops, they remain safe under your driver’s supervision.

6. Can we customize our itinerary (lavender fields, wine tasting, villages, coast, etc.)?

Absolutely. Share your priorities or must-see locations, and we will design a personalized itinerary. On the day of your tour, our team will confirm the final program if you prefer a fully custom experience.

7. Are wine tasting fees included?

Some wineries offer complimentary tastings, while others charge a per-person fee for private visits or premium selections. We will inform you in advance if a tasting has an additional cost and confirm all appointments directly with the wineries.

Our fleet includes SUVs, Tesla Model 3 and Model Y electric sedans, Mercedes premium sedans, and Mercedes V-Class or Vito vans. All vehicles feature leather interiors, air-conditioning, and are recent and well-maintained.

9. Do your drivers speak fluent English?

Our drivers speak practical, conversational English and can comfortably guide you throughout your private tour.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit of 10–20% (or full payment if you prefer) is required at booking.

  • More than 48 hours: full refund of the amount paid.

  • 24–48 hours: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.
    Schedule changes are free up to 24 hours before the tour. Under 24 hours, changes depend on availability and may require a small fee.

11. Are the tours suitable for seniors or families with children?

Yes. Child or baby seats are available upon request. For seniors, we ensure that all stops are accessible and can arrange special mobility-friendly solutions such as drop-offs at adapted entrances or assistance at cruise ports, airports, and museums.

12. Do you offer group tours or only private tours?

We only offer private tours. No shared groups.

13. What is the best period to visit the lavender fields?
14. How can we pay (credit card, online payment)?

Lavender season runs from June to August, with peak bloom typically in July — the best month for color, fragrance, and photography.

15. Do you offer airport or hotel transfers?

For full payment or deposit, we provide a secure online link for credit card payments or PayPal. The remaining balance, if any, can be paid to the driver by credit card or cash at the end of the tour.

Yes. If needed in addition to your private tour, simply share your flight or hotel details. We will offer you the best rate, including all onboard services.

16. Is your service wheelchair-friendly?

Yes. We can adapt most itineraries and stops for guests with reduced mobility.

17. Is your service pet-friendly?

Yes, pets are welcome as long as they travel in a dedicated carrier or bag.

18. Do you provide recommendations for restaurants and wineries?

Always. Based on your tastes and budget, we suggest the best restaurants and wineries — and make the reservations on your behalf.

19. How do we contact you?

20. How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible is best, especially in summer. However, for last-minute bookings, we always try our best to accommodate you.
