5. Pricing & Payments

We offer two booking options:

Option 1: Deposit Payment

• A deposit is paid in advance by credit card or PayPal

• The remaining balance is paid directly to the chauffeur at the end of the service, by credit card or cash

Option 2: Full Prepayment

• Full payment is made in advance by credit card or PayPal

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash (for on-board payments only)

All prices are communicated in advance and confirmed before payment.

6. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date

• Between 24 and 48 hours before the service:

  • If full payment was made: 30% of the total amount is retained

• Less than 24 hours before the service:

  • If full payment was made: no refund

Modifications

• Date or time changes requested at the last minute will be handled subject to availability

• If modification is possible, we will do our best to accommodate without extra cost

• If not possible, Private Tour Provence reserves the right to apply an adjustment or penalty not exceeding 30% of the total service amount

7. Delays, Weather & Force Majeure

In case of:

• Client delays

• Adverse weather conditions

• Unexpected events beyond our control

We will make every reasonable effort to adapt the service without additional charge.

If adaptation is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

8. Vehicles, Insurance & Liability

All vehicles used by Private Tour Provence:

• Are fully insured for passenger transportation

• Comply with applicable French regulations

• Include passenger insurance coverage during the service

Private Tour Provence is not responsible for personal belongings left, lost, or forgotten in the vehicle.
